How often do you screen right lower quadrant/IVC and next kidney and lower quadrant for mass in the case of positive varicocele (isolated right, bilateral)?

Hi Ying Ying,

I am pleased you enjoyed the webinar,

For me, if it is a small to moderate left sided varicocele I probably would not bother,

But if it is right sided, bilateral or a larger left varicocele I would do the extended examination including a left testicular vein study, nutcracker etc.

Small left sided varicoceles are really common and any sinister pathology would result in a larger varicocele.
