You mentioned you would measure a lesion for follow up using true radial and antiradial to decrease interobserver error. When measuring a lesion initially would you find the longest axis, then turn 90 degrees or do you suggest using true radial and antiradial?
In the question and answer discussion I suggested you use radial and antiradial, however I like the concept of using the longest axis and then 90 degrees to that plane. I agree with your suggestion and I think this provided nice reproducibility with follow up scans
