Hi Stephen. 26yr old male patient hurt his knee being tackled in football 4 days ago. Describes being tackled putting his knee into a forced full flexion, pain and function is improving a bit today. I couldn’t find any abnormality except this hyperechoic area near his medial joint line. Not sure if it’s a significant finding? Thanks Mike
