Have you found a use for elasto in differentiating between solid breast lesions?

We use elastography for liver lesions currently but we have no experience in breast elastography. We take a pretty simple approach that all indeterminate lesions will either receive a short interval imaging review or a biopsy. The real question is if elastography changes this management pathway. Time will tell.
