In the study of the anterior ulna collateral ligament you mention dynamic assessment. Do you merely straighten/bend the elbow to assess? If not, what is the method?
I have the patient sitting opposite me, I ask the patient to hold their humerus stabilising it while I apply external rotation to the forearm opening up the medial elbow joint line (valves stress test)
I can also do it with the patient supine and arm above head by pushing down on the forearm.
Basically you are trying to open up the medial elbow joint line,
Steve
