      Hi Steve, this lad had a fall 6 mths ago and fractured her wrist, since then also shoulder pain and restricted movement. SHe has bilateral fluid and synovial proliferation near the gh joint under the CAL which I note you mention is degenerative in natire. She also has cortical irregularity under her SSC and wonder whether this is a fracture from 6 mths ago or degenerative. Orthopaedically its her subscap which is a problem. Thank you.

      This looks like an undiagnosed fracture to me,

      Time for some plain radiographs or a CT / MRI scan,

      I think you can see discontinuity of the cortex on all 3 of your videos.
