What pathologies have you seen before at the back of the implant?

Not too much thankfully. If there is an intracapsular rupture you will see the shell of the implant deep in the implant as part of the linguini sign. Like all breast work I like to see the pectoralis fascia so I know I have surveyed the full depth of the breast so in an implant I have the same protocol.
