Hi,I’ve got this as an ECRB tear? but looking at your recordings I wondering whether this is a RCL tear too. Any thoughts?
      Thanks

      Hi Mike,

I think the RCL is normal here and there is a tear of the ECRB only.

In what I call reference image 1 in the material where you have the radial head in view you can see a normal RCL. In the RCL focussed image (slightly towards the floor from ref image 1) you can also see a normal RCL.
In the ECRB focussed image (slightly towards the roof from ref image 1) where you are just on the edge of the radial head I can see what you are concerned about, however in this location that appearance is ECRB rather than RCL. If you saw the same appearance in ref image 1 or the RCL focussed image I would be more concerned.
So I think the RCL is OK here but ECRB had been damaged.
