HI Stephen, this lady fell 2 months ago skiing. Since then pain and restriction in all ROM. On examination the weakness was to the biceps. Is this a fracture do you think, has something avulsed there like the SGHL or CHL? The subscapularis was heterogenous but the SSP and ISP looked nice and bright and fibrillar. The AC joint space was maintained and stable with dynamic challenge. Thankyou, Mike
