Digital artery pseudoaneurysm

Patient on warfarin hit dorsal hand on door jam while carrying furniture. Persistent sudden dorsal MC3 head swelling one week. Small digital artery pseudo aneurysm with surrounding thromboses component and internal pulsatile flow.

What an awesome case,

I think I will make it case of the week for next week,

It is a simple lesson, but a magnificent example of a pseudo aneurysm in an uncommon location,

If I have your blessing I will make a quick case of the week and credit you with the case, that way more people will see it.

I love the way that you can see the blood stagnating and layering out in the blind ended pseudo aneurysm sac.

I am sure if some pressure is applied to this for half an hour or so it will spontaneously thrombose.
