  Hi Steve,
  I saw that you mentioned Mr Martin Necas in your course. Do you know where I can purchase the book Artifacts in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound which is written by Mr Necas? I can only find it on ebay or Amazon but I was unsure of its quality.
