Last weekend, I attended an MSK conference and Tib Post came up in a talk as a potential contributor to sinus tarsi syndrome. So, I guess in the future I need to also look a the medial ankle and Tibialis Posterior in particular.
the patient’s symptoms were quite vague, so I don’t think I added much other than to document that the posterior subtalar joint was normal and also no fluid or synovitis is the sinus tarsi.
