  I think fremitus can be helpful if you are trying to tell if you have actually found a lesion or whether it’s normal tissue. Do you agree? Bernie

  Yes, this is a valid application of fremitus. For me, it will provide another layer of information which I can consider, however I don’t think I can think of cases where I rely on the vocal fremitus test to sway my decision.
