  Do you do rolled nipple technique on patients without nipple indications? if not, how would you scan nipples in these patients?

  No, I only use it for patient with nipple symptoms. For other patients I shine the ultrasound underneath the nipple through the areola. I never scan directly on the nipple unless it is rolled.
