Glad to know your stance since one of my MSK Radiologists said he never uses the term ischial bursitis, but paratenon fluid/ oedema and I too have never encountered bursitis superficial to hamstring origin! I wonder what might happen to the patient’s leg if their sciatic nerve gets bathed in local and steroid :)))
