Hi Diane,

This looks like an old injury to me,

I can’t see how this is an acute injury.

Sometimes you see localised muscle atrophy in lower limb muscles, especially in the medial gastrocnemius for no apparent reason.

Tis case is either an example of that, or more likely an old injury.
