It is funny in medicine how names stick even if the original inventor of the test or discoverer of the knowledge does not get the glory.
I think this is seen in all fields and is not limited to medicine.
The article I have suggested compares both tests as there is a slight difference and the Finkelsteins comes out on top in this analysis.
I don’t have Dequervains but I find both tests personally uncomfortable. I am a false +ve!
